LINC PREFERRED GROUP ADDS ALAN FARLEY TO BUSINESS ADVISORY GROUP

COOKEVILLE, TN. – April 30, 2004 – Mr. James K. Morton, Chairman, and CEO of LINC Preferred Group, Inc. announced today the addition of Alan Farley to its BUSINESS ADVISORY GROUP, chaired by former Congressman Ed Bryant, a Partner at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz.

Mr. Farley is currently the President of a Government Relations & Consulting firm based in Murfreesboro, TN. He has consulted in Nashville and Washington, DC, on a variety of interests such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, transportation, construction & development, fire service, local governments, higher education, and economic development. Farley has vast experience in Government Affairs, transportation, promotions and political consulting at the local, state, and federal levels. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Rutherford County Industrial Development Board, which negotiates with various companies locating in the fastest growing county in Tennessee, and also serves as Vice Chairman of the Rutherford County Health & Educational Facilities Board.

From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Farley had various management positions with United Parcel Service in the areas of Human Resources, Operations, and the UPS-PAC Congressional Awareness Program. Farley holds a BBA degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He is currently involved in the Athletic program at Middle Tennessee State University as a Member of the Blue Raider Athletic Association.
